The association of Friends of Schneider Children’s, together with two cyclists from Liverpool, England, jointly organized a three-day benefit cycling event where the British participants were joined by physicians and former patients from Schneider Children's Medical Center, as well as a Swiss woman from Geneva who underwent a liver transplantation ten years ago. The finishing line ceremony at the hospital was attended by UK Ambassador to Israel, Tom Phillips. Proceeds were shared between Schneider Children’s and Claire House in Liverpool.
