Bridge to Peace at Schneider Children's

This past week, children from Grade 6 in the Taha Hussein Junior School in the Arab village of Ararra visited hospitalized children in various departments and distributed flowers in honor of the Id al Adha Festival. The visit was arranged at the initiative of the class's teacher, Ahmad Younis. During their visit, the children met with Jewish and Arab patients as well as children from abroad who had been referred to Schneider Children's for treatment. The visit underscored the hospital's founding principle to serve as a bridge to peace between Israel and her neighbors.
